Some histology codes lead directly to a schema (Step 1).
Other histology codes lead to a site code list. Selecting a site from the site code list will either lead to a schema (Step 2), or if multiple schemas can be selected from the given site and histology range, the link will lead to a discriminator page from which a schema can be chosen (Step 3).
