for preserving and sharing work-in-progress for the Collaborative Stage Version 2
revision based on TNM, 7th edition. It is a repository for
draft documentation of Version 2 of the staging algorithm.

- 07/23/2008 - Filled empty cell in CS Lymphnodes for LipUpperMelanoma. Modified common table for CS Mets at DX for lip schemas. Modified common (notapps) tables for SSF 7-15. Modified common SSF 2 for head-and-neck schemas. Renamed 18 additional schemas.

- 07/12/2008 - Created TNM 7 templates for 98 schemas
- 07/09/2008 - Established new AdrenalGland and SkinMerkelCell schemas from OthEndocrine and Skin, respectively.
- 06/30/2008 - Corrected name of new schema to BileDuctsIntraHepat.
- 06/29/2008 - Established new IntrahepaticBileDuct schema, split from Liver schema.
